When you submit the intake at /apply, we collect the situation details, location, and timing you provide, along with your name, phone number, and email address. We do not ask for tax account numbers or sensitive documents at this stage, and we ask that you not include them.
How we use it
We review the context you share to determine whether a relevant referral path and coverage are available. If so, we may share your intake details with an independent tax-resolution professional or related service provider so they can follow up with you directly. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to this inquiry.
Consent and contact preferences
By checking the consent box on the intake form, you agree that TaxLien Solutions may use your contact details to review your submission and to contact you, or share your details with a referral partner who may contact you, about a possible next step. This is inquiry-related contact, not unrelated marketing. If you no longer want to be contacted, email us at the address below and we will honor that request.

TaxLien Solutions is a referral-only intermediary. We do not provide tax or legal advice, do not prepare tax returns, and do not represent anyone before the IRS. Submitting an intake does not create a professional relationship, and does not guarantee a referral, response, or outcome. If you have an immediate deadline or urgent enforcement action, contact an appropriately licensed professional or the relevant authority directly.
